Lead Times: All Everlast Mats are made to order with a 4 - 6 week lead time. This may increase slightly during busy periods. 

The artwork process: 

Once you have placed your order, please email your artwork in a vector format - ideally we need an .eps or .ai file to hello@doormates.com.au with any artwork instructions.

We will email you back a proof of your design for your approval before we proceed to make your custom mat. 

Please note, we limit the number of free proofs to 2.  Mock up fees for any additional proofs may apply.
