How do I order a gift for someone?
Aren't you sweet? If it's a personalised mat, simply write the details of the gift receiver (whether its their surname or anniversary date), go to the checkout and input your deets. From there you can choose how you want them to receive their gift.
Do you want to rock up to their house with the perfect gift in hand? Then get it delivered to your personal address.
Or, do you want them to receive a mystery box? This option is perfect for friends and fam who live further away - but the best thing is that the choice is completely yours!
How will I know that you have received my order?
After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen detailing your final order including shipping charges, your billing address, and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. Please keep this receipt for your reference. You will also receive confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order. (Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.)
What are the turnaround times?
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the recent Covid Lockdowns our turnaround times for our embossed range have extended to 4 - 6 weeks.
Your beautiful new doormat will be made to order. Our standard printing time is 5-7 business days, please also allow a few days for shipping. This may be slightly longer in busy periods. If you have a special occasion that you need your doormat delivered by a certain date, please let us know in the 'Order Notes' section of your cart and we’ll see what we can do.
How long will it take for my doormat to arrive?
Once your order has been fulfilled, shipping should take approximately 1-3 working days after the item has been sent (depending on where you live in Australia of course!). Delivery to and from rural or remote areas may take a little longer. Please note that Door Mates is not responsible, nor in control of shipment delays once the item is in the hands of the courier.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $22.50 Australia wide.
How do I track my delivery?
You can track your delivery here by using your tracking number which will be emailed to you once it's on its way!
Where will my doormat be kept if no one is home?
If no one is home to claim the package, don't stress! Your package will be left in a safe place at your shipping address.
Can I customise my doormat more?
You will find that certain custom doormats have a word or date that's not your cup of tea. We may be able to tweak the design slightly, so if you wish to customise your doormat even more, flick us a quick email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see what we can do so you get the mat of your dreams!
What if I'm not satisfied with my doormat?
If you’re not completely in love with your mat for whatever reason, simply let us know within 60 days and we’ll give you a full refund. You won’t find that at big retail stores!
